After graduating from the University of Mount Olive he took a job in construction. This job allowed him to learn multiple skill sets, as well as gain a greater knowledge of the residential construction industry.

She is a native to Wake County and has been married to her high school sweetheart since 1989. They have been blessed to raise two wonderful children. Being raised by parents in real estate, one of the most valuable things Charlene has learned is about building relationships. She has always had a passion for serving others, whether at home, work or in the community. Her real estate career began in 1997 after already having attained her license six years prior! Gus has been in real estate since he was 8 years old. As a young boy, his father owned investment properties and they would travel to their rental homes in different locations and speak with tenants, get houses ready to rent, etc... This was his first taste of real estate. After graduating from San Jose State University, Gus jumped right into outside sales where he had the opportunity to learn about the importance of business, relationship building, and communication. He then decided to take his business skills and follow his passion for real estate. He has been in real estate since 2005.

Allen has always lived in the beautiful state of North Carolina and could not imagine living elsewhere. His family has lived in Apex, Holly Springs, and Fuquay-Varina, and currently resides in Raleigh NC.

He attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where he earned a BA in Finance from the Cameron School of Business. Having worked in the financial sector for over 13 years, he brings excellent negotiation, technology, and investment skills to the real estate market. Trust, communication, and market knowledge are key attributes he strives to perfect. Honesty, reliability, and caring about your investment are standards he holds himself to for each client. His commitment to you is to help you achieve your personal goals on time with the best financial outcome.

He specializes in the Southern Wake County market but he is always available for surrounding areas. New home construction and first-time home-buyers are strong areas of business he thrives in. He attends most new home community grand openings for detailed information and to build relationships with the builders. He enjoys walking people through the home buying and selling process to help keep things relaxed with their large investments.
